The network map says it was last updated 112,461 minutes ago, or 78 days.  Is something wrong with it?

I created my instance of that, not exactly same but works:

Can you share script for crawling nodes ?
I found one at github, but after scanning it shows only 270 nodes with coords, then total ~4300
